How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order before it ships. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays. Once your order has shipped, delivery times depend on your region and the shipping method you selected at checkout.
For updates on your package after it ships, we recommend checking the carrier’s website (DHL, UPS, or FedEx) for tracking info.

An order shipped via standard shipping will only be considered lost if it's been in transit for 30 days.

I want to return a gift I received. How can I do that?
We want you to love your VIOLETTE_FR products! If you need to return something, we can only accept returns for products that are unopened and unused within 30 days of receipt. We also accept returns if the product is damaged or incomplete. Please note, merchandise is non-refundable if it doesn't meet these conditions.
Returns are currently only eligible for US customers, and we’re unable to offer exchanges at this time. If your return is approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Can I edit / cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, we're unable to make changes to the items in it.
If you need to update your address or cancel your order, please email us at avecamour@violettefr.com within one hour of placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request!
