Details

A magnetic matte liquid lipstick that replicates the qualities of a rose in its velvety texture, color intensity, dramatic depth, and suppleness. The unique creamy formula glides on effortlessly and builds intensity with each weightless layer for multiple lip looks with one covetable lipstick. From a diffused lip look to a petal-like ombré effect and more, you get to be the artist and the muse. The couture shades push the boundaries, hovering between dark and bright, warm and cool for a touch of vavavoom.

Violette's Inspiration: “Petal Bouche is inspired by an unforgettable red-black rose that I saw at Jardin Bagatelle in Paris when I was just eight years old. It was powerful, fiery and sensual – so memorable that it stayed with me and was the very first lip product I knew I had to create when I launched VIOLETTE_FR. My vision for each Petal Bouche shade is exact and my standards are very HIGH, so it takes at least a year to develop.”

Recommended use

Starting at the Cupid’s bow, use the tip of the applicator to paint a V just above your lip line following the volume of your lips. Connect the corners of your mouth to the top of the V and then extend to the bottom lip. This technique creates a fuller and less severe looking lip by cheating the lip line.

Use the base of the applicator to fill in, layering for more depth and drama. Finish by blurring the edges with a fingertip or brush to create a French-kissed look.

Tip: Before applying, scrape the applicator against the opening of the tube if needed to remove any excess product.
