Violette's Inspiration: “Yeux Paint is like jewelry for your eyes – an accent to express yourself and match your mood. When creating Yeux Paint, I envisioned a color library that stretched the imagination with couture shades that didn’t exist in the marketplace. Starting with raw pigments as inspiration, I crafted each shade with precision for a unique color story.”
Yeux Paint is designed to be applied directly onto bare lids, with no primer or precision necessary. For more depth, apply multiple coats of one color or pair Matte and Twinkling shades together.
EYE SHADOW: Glide the flat side of the applicator along the top lash line, then quickly blend the pigment upwards into the crease using your fingertips (or a brush, if you prefer). For a more sheer effect, dot the center of the eyelid and buff out for a soft wash of color.
EYE LINER: Using the thin side of the applicator, draw along the top lash line. Next, use the tip of the applicator to extend the line from the outer corner of the eye to the crease. Use a clean brush or the edge of your nail to stretch the top of the liner and create a winged liner.

"The colour (tendre corail) is way more intense than I thought, almost orange. Additionally, it is quite difficult to remove close to the lashes at the end of the day, I ended up sleeping with some orange still in my lashes despite double and triple cleansing for a long time. The price is definitely too high, the actual performance of the eyeshadow doesn't justify it."

"Historically, I am sensitive to most red or mauve shades of eyeshadow. They irritate my eyes. I wasn't expecting that with these, especially the bright blue one , but they irritate my eyes (I have the bright blue, the lavender, and the sparkly purple) . And the irritation lasts for days after I remove the eye shadow, too. So sad because I do love the colors."
"This is a great liquid eyeshadow. It stays put on my oily lids for a long time and is just the color I'd wanted. I would caution anyone new to Yeux Paint that you only need to use a little dab to get a whole eye's worth of coverage. I dot on a little with the applicator and then use a small concealer brush to blend it all over the lid. It stays liquid for a few minutes, so beware of smearing, but once it dries it's very dry and will stay put. Overall highly recommend!"
